Shipping policy

We appreciate your decision to shop with us and are eager to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we fulfill orders:

Cut-Off Time:   We are dedicated to dispatching your orders promptly. To ensure your order is processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), kindly place your order by 2 PM EST. Please note that, as a small business, we are unable to guarantee same-day shipping and do not offer overnight shipping. While our standard handling time is 2 business days, we strive to ship orders received by the cut-off time within one business day or even sooner whenever feasible (Monday to Friday).  

Surge of Orders: There may be instances when we experience an unexpected surge of orders, causing a delay in processing. 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. We advise you to track your package to confirm its timely arrival in good condition. If you observe any issues with your order upon receipt (i.e. damaged or missing items), please contact us immediately.
