Welcome to our party card game company, BWV Games, founded in 2022 by Sirius XM talk show host Reecie Colbert. We specialize in creating fun, engaging, entertaining card games that are perfect for adults. Our games are designed to bring people together, break the ice, and create memorable moments that will last a lifetime. 


With a focus on humor and social interaction, our card games are perfect for parties, game nights, or any social gathering. Our goal is to provide a unique and enjoyable experience that will have you and your friends laughing, bonding, and making memories that you'll cherish forever. Join us, and let's play!

Customer Service Policy

At BWV Games we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service. Our policy is to always prioritize the needs of our customers and strive to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. We strive to respond promptly to all inquiries, provide clear and accurate information, and offer fair solutions to any problems. We also guarantee secure and timely shipping of all orders, and will gladly offer refunds or exchanges for defective products. Products that have been opened (i.e. shrink-wrapped removed) are non-refundable. 

FAQs

Order Cancellations

 We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it without issue. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it to us in the same condition it was received, and we will process a refund as soon as we receive it.  

Returns

 We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with any returns. If you wish to return an unopened item that is still in its shrink-wrap, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not provide free return labels, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

We are sorry to hear that your item did not arrive in the condition you were expecting. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of both the damaged item and the packaging it was shipped in, and we will work with you to promptly replace the item. If you receive your package with any missing items, please let us know right away, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy

We appreciate your decision to shop with us and are eager to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we fulfill orders:


Cut-Off Time:   We are dedicated to dispatching your orders promptly. To ensure your order is processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), kindly place your order by 2 PM EST. Please note that being a small business, we are unable to guarantee same-day shipping and we do not offer overnight shipping as an option. While our standard handling time is 2 business days, we strive to ship orders received by the cut-off time within one business day or even sooner whenever feasible (Monday to Friday).  


Surge of Orders: There may be instances when we experience an unexpected surge of orders, causing a delay in processing. If this occurs, we will do our best to inform you of any delays.


Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. We advise you to track your package to confirm its timely arrival in good condition. If you observe any issues with your order upon receipt (i.e. damaged or missing items), please contact us immediately.
